The management of Brown Manufacturing Corporation has determined that, due to continued growth throughout all product lines, the outdoor power equipment division will be relocated to 376 County Road 563, Midland City, AL 36350, and will be owned and operated by a separate corporation hereafter known as Brown Products, Inc. Brown Manufacturing Corporation will retain all products within the agricultural and utility division, and the manufacturing of these products will continue at the present location. The owners and employees of Brown Manufacturing Corporation are excited about this development, as it will greatly enhance the company’s ability to accommodate growing demand and maintain the level of quality for which Brown Manufacturing Corporation is famous.
